Junior Executive
Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices and related documents.
- Perform receptionist duties - answering incoming calls & emails and attending to dealership visitors.
- Oversee incoming & outgoing mails, couriers and dispatch documents.
- Hardworking, ability to work independently and in team, responsibility to report work flow to management level.
- Develop and maintain efficient documentation and filing system.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in administrative roles.
- Well verse in read, write and speak Bahasa Malays, English, Mandarin and local dialects would be added advantages.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Hardworking and self-disciplined.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Willing to learn with good attitude.
- Fresh graduate are welcome to apply.
